Lumenwake POP is an Android puzzle game published by Entogration. This policy applies to Lumenwake POP (package com.entogration.lumenwake.pop), including closed-test version 1.9.3. Privacy contact: support@entogration.com.
1. Information stored on your device
The game stores level progress, saved boards, scores, stars, island and harbour restoration progress, lives and regeneration times, shards, rewards and audio/settings preferences on your device. It also stores records that prevent rewards or failed-level life charges being applied more than once. These records let you resume play and retain earned items.
This version does not create an Entogration or Firebase account, upload your progress to an Entogration server or provide cloud-save synchronisation. The Hall of Fame is not an online player-ranking service in this release. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local saves; progress cannot automatically be recovered afterwards.
2. Google advertising services
This closed test uses Google's demonstration ad units through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Test ads are not a promise that no data leaves the device. The advertising SDK can process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, and diagnostic/performance information. Google uses this information for advertising delivery, analytics and fraud prevention. We do not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access.

Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google may process information outside your country under its applicable privacy terms and transfer safeguards.
You can use Android's advertising privacy controls to reset or delete your advertising ID where available. The game's Settings > Privacy panel provides information and an Ad choices option; availability of a consent form depends on the build, region and Google's service configuration. We will review this policy and required consent arrangements before enabling production advertising.
3. Purchases and shards
Real-money checkout is disabled in closed-test version 1.9.3. Spending shards already held in the game on lives or power-ups does not make a real-money payment. The app includes Google Play Billing components for planned purchases. If purchases are enabled in a later release, Google Play will handle payment and the game will use product identifiers, purchase tokens and purchase status to verify and deliver items. Entogration does not receive full payment-card details. We will update the relevant disclosures before enabling this feature.
4. Sharing
Share buttons open Android's share chooser with an invitation or game milestone. Nothing is posted automatically. If you choose another app and send the message, that app and your chosen recipients receive what you share under their own privacy practices. Review the message and recipient before sending.
5. Support and privacy requests
If you email support@entogration.com, we receive your email address, message and any screenshots or other details you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate problems and keep necessary support records. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, email that address with the subject “Lumenwake POP privacy request”. We may ask for limited information needed to identify the relevant correspondence and verify the request. You do not need to create a game account to contact us.
6. Retention and deletion
Local game records remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. We cannot remotely delete data held only on your device. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to resolve and follow up your request and meet applicable legal obligations or address disputes. You can request deletion using the contact above. Google's separately processed advertising and service records are governed by Google's retention and deletion policies; uninstalling the game does not automatically remove records already processed by Google.
7. Use, disclosure and your rights
We use information to operate the game, save progress, deliver requested features, provide support and protect against misuse. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate enabled features or disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights.
Where data-protection law applies, processing may be necessary to provide requested services, pursue legitimate interests such as support and fraud prevention, meet legal obligations, or rely on consent where required. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact support@entogration.com to exercise rights relating to information held by Entogration.
8. Children and security
The game does not ask for a date of birth. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us personal information can contact support@entogration.com to request assistance or deletion. We do not ask players to submit personal profiles or communicate with other players inside this release.
We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security. Protect access to your device and email account.
9. Changes and contact
We will update this page when the game's data practices change and revise the date above. Additional notices or consent will be provided where required.
