Lumenwake is an Android puzzle game published by Entogration. This policy explains what information the game stores, how online services use information, and how you can contact us about your data.
Privacy contact: [PRIVACY EMAIL ADDRESS]
Lumenwake stores information needed to operate the game, including:
Most gameplay progress is stored locally. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes that local information. Lumenwake does not currently provide a complete cloud backup or cross-device restoration of your progress.
Lumenwake uses Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.
When an internet connection is available, the game automatically creates an anonymous Firebase identity. You do not need to enter an email address or password. “Anonymous” means no conventional sign-in is required; the identifier can still distinguish your installation and link its records.
The game sends limited information to Firebase, including:
We use these records to provide support, deliver grants, manage entitlements and prevent duplicate rewards.
Google also processes technical information, such as IP addresses and user-agent information, to operate and protect Firebase services. See Firebase’s privacy information.
If you choose Publish & view in the leaderboard, Lumenwake sends your player name, island-star total and identifiers to Firebase.
Your player name, star total and ranking may be visible to other players. Your shard balance and support records are not displayed on the leaderboard.
You can use a nickname. Avoid including your real name or other personal information in your public player name. Contact us if you want your leaderboard entry removed.
The current 1.17 closed-testing release does not have live advertising or in-app purchases enabled. It includes Google advertising, consent and billing components intended for these features.
Before activating live advertising or purchases, we will review this policy and the relevant privacy disclosures.
When advertising is enabled, Google’s advertising services may process identifiers, IP addresses, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics. Applicable privacy choices will be provided where required. Google describes this processing in its Mobile Ads data disclosure.
When purchases are enabled, Google Play will process payments. The game may receive product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase status and verification information to deliver items or confirm entitlements. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message, player identifier and any screenshots.
We use this information to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
We use information to operate the game, save progress, provide requested online features, respond to support requests, deliver rewards and protect against misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information is processed by Google where necessary to provide Firebase and other enabled Google services. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or defend legal rights.
Google’s services may process information outside your country. Their applicable data-processing terms describe the safeguards used for international transfers. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase’s privacy information.
Local game information remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it.
Online support and leaderboard records are separate. Uninstalling the game does not automatically delete information already stored in Firebase. These records are retained while needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless deletion is requested or records are otherwise removed.
To request deletion, email supprt@entogration.com with the subject “Lumenwake data deletion”. Include your player identifier and, if available, your Firebase identifier. Tap the User ID shown in the game to copy your support details before uninstalling.
We may request limited additional information to locate your records and verify the request. Information needed to meet legal obligations or address fraud or disputes may be retained where permitted. Provider backups and security logs follow the provider’s retention processes.
Opening the game again after deletion may create a new anonymous identity.
You can change your player name, choose whether to publish to the leaderboard, and remove local data through Android’s app-storage settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Contact supprt@entogration.com to make a request.
Lumenwake does not ask players to provide their date of birth. Player names, identifiers and online records should not be treated as entirely anonymous.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us using the address above.
We use encrypted network connections and access controls for the game’s Firebase services. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The revised policy will appear on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
